For the confused people on my dash, Eurovision is an event where all the European countries have a musician and a song and they all battle it out like the Hunger Games. Only one will come out alive. They will become King of Europe and control the EU and everyone has to speak that language for the year until next Eurovision.

Today was good. Very very good.

  • Got up at ungodly hour to bundle into a taxi with friends as the sun was bloodyrising
  • Went to Cardiff Bay to watch the Olympic Torch Relay being started by Matt Smith
  • Somehow managed to keep pace with the Torch to see two changeovers
  • Had ice cream with smarties and a flake for breakfast at 7:15
  • traipsed around the Bay to check out the Tardis pier with a gaggle of people
  • came back to my hall and fell asleep in the garden
  • my parents arrived with my great-uncle
  • got to go around town with them and my grandparents
  • showed them all the Bay
  • got to go on the Boat Tour and got loads of pictures on the good camera
  • got everything paid for by everyone else
  • awesome meals and drinks
  • before my family left, my dad gave me a Tron DVD.

captainoinkers: I just got the third Phoenix Wright game yesterday, and still being on a Korra high, was like, “Hey! Bolin kind of looks like Gumshoe!” :I So this is the result. Korra was gonna be Nick at first but I wanted them to be a TEAM!!! and Kay’s hair is great for Korra. I haven’t played the Edgeworth game so her looks are all I can base it on.
